If you have a complaint about the delivered product and / or service, please let me know your complaint within a few days by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will then process the complaint and do my utmost to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
See-Me Kids cares about their products and does its best to deliver them in great condition. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the products get damaged during transport or that something else happens through which you can claim your warranty (termsandcondition). According to the Dutch law you are obliged to report flaws within two months after you notice them in your product. If your flaw is covered in the warranty, then your product will be replaced free of charge.
